چکیده
The evolution of texture during different mechanical processes is an integral part Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) metals and alloys. In the present work, PRISMS-Plasticity TM, open-source rapid analysis pipeline, based on Taylor model integrated into crystal plasticity software, PRISMS-Plasticity. However, unlike PRISMS-Plasticity, pipeline does not involve any finite element solver. Taylor-type used to capture texture. aims significantly minimize cost simulations, so one can use framework along with data-driven ICME design methods generate high-throughput data low costs for general or machine learning applications. Filopodyan: An open-source pipeline for the analysis of filopodia
Filopodia have important sensory and mechanical roles in motile cells. The recruitment of actin regulators, such as ENA/VASP proteins, to sites of protrusion underlies diverse molecular mechanisms of filopodia formation and extension. We developed Filopodyan (filopodia dynamics analysis) in Fiji and R to measure fluorescence in filopodia and at their tips and bases concurrently with their morph...
متن کاملMetaTrans: an open-source pipeline for metatranscriptomics
To date, meta-omic approaches use high-throughput sequencing technologies, which produce a huge amount of data, thus challenging modern computers. Here we present MetaTrans, an efficient open-source pipeline to analyze the structure and functions of active microbial communities using the power of multi-threading computers. The pipeline is designed to perform two types of RNA-Seq analyses: taxon...
متن کاملThe Evolution of Open Source Communities: An Institutional Analysis
A growing body of literature has succeeded in explaining the economics of existing open source communities. However, the question why such communities come into existence has so far not been answered satisfactorily. This paper addresses this question with an evolutionary model: software developers repeatedly decide whether to publish their work under an open source or a traditional, proprietary...
متن کاملTwitIE: An Open-Source Information Extraction Pipeline for Microblog Text
Twitter is the largest source of microblog text, responsible for gigabytes of human discourse every day. Processing microblog text is difficult: the genre is noisy, documents have little context, and utterances are very short. As such, conventional NLP tools fail when faced with tweets and other microblog text. We present TwitIE, an open-source NLP pipeline customised to microblog text at every...

UNLABELLED The Affymetrix Axiom genotyping standard and 'best practice' workflow for Linux and Mac users consists of three stand-alone executable programs (Affymetrix Power Tools) and an R package (SNPolisher). Currently, SNP analysis has to be performed in a step-by-step procedure. Manual intervention and/or programming skills by the user is required at each intermediate point, as Affymetrix P...
